This includes basic identification and contact information, such as Your name and contact details, and also includes all information given to Us in the course of Your business and ours, such as information You give Us in Your capacity as our client. We undertake to preserve the confidentiality of the information and of the terms of our relationship. It is not used for any other purpose. We expect You to reciprocate this policy. - For verifying Your identity for security purposes;
- For marketing our services and products;

Should You purchase schedule 1 and/or schedule 2 products from a Seller who is an authorised distributor in terms of the Pharmacy Act 53 of 1974 [“the Act”], You are required to input Your loyalty card number for the respective store in which You intend to make the purchase in order for OneCart to procure the Products on Your behalf. You hereby expressly consent to Us and the Seller processing Your special personal information in compliance with the Act and hereby acknowledge that in the event that You do not furnish Us with this special personal information, We are precluded by law, from fulfilling Your order.
